Can your opponent still activate their monster effect if I use this card in response to their summoning? Like harpie perfumer for example? If that’s the case then this card kind of suck basically worst version of enemy controller.

Yeah, YOU cannot activate the monsters effects but it does not negate anything. Effects that already got activated cannot be stopped. And your opponent can even chain quick effects to this card. But the same is true for E-Con.

That means they need an unban list for everything on the limit 3 including rod

They thought it would be okay by releasing it with the least strong of the limited banlist hits, but what it does is actual of mostly hurt the other cards on limited 3 instead of this card, as it’s so much better it pushes the rest out of use… and you can’t have more than 3 of any card, so those using this broken insanity at 3 are getting the most of it anyway.

sucks unless you link summon, it will jam up you spell/trap zone. I wouldn't use it and have 2 of them.
