Fusion Summon 1 "Eyes Restrict" Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck, by banishing Fusion Materials from your hand, field, and/or GY. During your Main Phase: You can banish this card from your GY, then target 1 Effect Monster your opponent controls; equip that target to an "Eyes Restrict" Fusion Monster or "Relinquished" you control, as if it were equipped by that monster's effect. You can only use each effect of "Relinquished Fusion" once per turn.

Konami why is this card used by fantastic Pegasus and not even available to look up in game.

Hi konami, when you gonna release RELINQUISHED FUSION to duel link?
Because i think that will be a new meta deck. I personally like this card very much. I already thinking about using it in duel. I even think about the deck that i am going to make if you release this card.

Not fusion from deck = inferior to Neos, RE. UNLESS, it’s searchable.

Just no. Quick play -> Offensiv of defensive play during battle phase, Graveyard effect gives the possibility to absorb any monster to Milleniums eye...

Being Quick-Play is pretty useless for Millennium-Eyes unless they're about to Summon a monster with a mandatory effect. The fact it can banish the material from the Grave is relevant, though. That being said, Millennium-Eyes isn't super-threatening here regardless, especially without Millennium-Eyes Illusionist.
