They really have to fix this. I cant use polymerization when I have a full field eventhough one the fusion material monster is on the field.

so i have possessed dark soul and mystical sheep #1 in hand, and dark balter the terrible (possessed dark soul+ frontier wiseman) in my extra deck. Polymerization only sets. the feild ( both sides) is empty. WTF

What do you mean? Just drag your fusion cards into your deck in deck editor and it will be included during battle

From card trader..it spawns rarely, so i suggest you to buy it every time you see it.

To use Polymerization you need:
1. A fusion monster in the extra deck.
2. The monsters listed on that Fusion monster in either your hand or on the field.
3. Polymerization
eg. Thousand Dragon's "fusion materials" are Time Wizard and Baby Dragon. So to summon Thousand Dragon you need to have Baby Dragon and Time Wizard on either the field/hand and a Polymerization card. With these 3 cards you can Fusion Summon Thousand Dragon.
Yes, Fusion DOES require a lot of investment. To help with that cards like "Mystical Sheep" can replace 1 card listed in a Fusion Monster. Or some materials have effects to make them less costly eg Thunder Dragon. Or a card like Fusion Gate might be desired to keep getting fusions without using multiple spells.
In Duel Links, (as of now) Twin Headed Thunder Dragon is probably the best fusion monster in the game, because it's materials (Thunder Dragon) gain 'card advantage' with their effect, thus making it a cheaper high ATK monster.
