Pros

It can negate and destroy your opponent's Spell/Trap Card.

Cons

You need to have a face-up Naturia monster in the field and at least 1 card on hand in order to use it. Then you have to discard a card from your hand upon using it.

Tips

Exterio's Fang is best to use when you're going for the knockout blow and your opponent has set cards on his/her back row. Use it to negate the Spell/Trap that will interrupt your monster's attack.

By using A Cat of Ill Omen's flip effect, you can search Exterio's Fang from your deck and put it on top of it.

Is there a bug in the current patch (1.8.0) that only let's this work when it wants to? I've lost several duels that this should have saved me on.

Exactly i drew hear of the cards exterior fang 🔥 had a mirrow wall and my exterior fang didnt activate IT ONLY WORKS SOMETIMES ALot of THE TRAPS DO THAT like cry havoc trap jammer and magic reflector it works halfway

yea i just experienced this my self, is there any explanation why this card cant negate mirror walls' effect?

The nice thing about this card is that unlike other counter traps like divine wrath, ultimate providence, and magic jammer is that you only have to discard a card if exterio's fang works, and there is no penalty if your gang gets stopped.

the current naturia combo consumes 3 cards in your hand already. so when you activate this card, your hand will have almost 0 card left.

Yeah, but so is tribute to the doomed, magic jammer, and all the other destruction in the game at the moment. A -1 is fine if what you're negating is worth it
