It should be noted that in DL the text specifies that it's only for monsters that are Normal or Flip summoned that get changed to Defence position and given a Counter.

I could see this card usable in a Golem Sentry stun strategy, (with its weaker counterparts, Guardian Statue and Medusa Worm.)

Besides that though, what are you going to use? There aren't any viable options. Well, at least it's a interesting bad card.
