I Don't understand how this card works. Do you need to have a monster with the same name as the one attacking you? Im not getting the option to activate this card when I take direct damage and have a card in my hand and another with the same name in my deck?

Does this work with all level 1 cards? Or does it affect only specific cards like how Ancient Rules Spell Card does?

It works with any level 1 card that can be special summoned (except for the ones that have to be special summoned in a specific way)

Relin need to be ritual summoned first b4 able summoned by other way. Every ritual monster need to fulfill this condition.
