I use this card in my Tea Burn deck and I am currently 16-1. Only loss was to a Harpie deck who had 2 Egotist in their starting hand.

It’s a torturer and his victim. The original name of this card translates to Torture Room of Nightmare.

With the overall halving effect damage I see no problem with this card being given at one single copy, can be Kudaragi level up, 38 or 40.

Why is this the second card I've discovered that isn't obtainable. It's the same thing for the Dark, Gemini/Fiend monster Shadow Dweller. This really irritates me because any card that is currently in the game should be obtainable in some way.
