Slow card give me magical dimension instead cause why the hell not?

i have this card and magician of dark illusion in my hand, in my very first turn (either in first turn or the second), i cannot activate this spell card, but i can when the next turn come. is this a bug?, or just me not enlighted enough for the ruling

ah thanks a bunch, i forgot to check the skill selection, and the character i've been using. this is great news for me after all this time pulling all of 173 packs of the dark dimension box in order to get my second mahad,

How many veil were used in dark magician decks pre banlist

This card does not target. Therefore, you can activate if you have a Dark Magician in GY... opponent DD Crows Dark Magician... but if you have a Dark magician in your hand you can special summon that one instead?

Why can’t I use this on toon dark magician girl but it works for too. Magician ? Is this a bug ?

Toon DMG must first be special summoned with its specific summoning conditions. Cards like Red-Eyes Toon and Toon DM are only able to summon her because they allow you to ignore summoning conditions.

We don't have that card in DL yet, unless you are referring to Magician of Chaos.

Either way, both can be summoned using this card only if they have been ritual summoned properly before.

This card doesn't care about ATK, so yes, you can SS FL Dark with this card.
