Needs test to be 100% sure, but I think not.

Cards usually lost any modifications applied to it when it is removed from the field, unless it's specifically stated the modification remains applied even in the card's new location.

Current attack, otherwise it would mention original attack.
Also, original attack would be kind of OP, considering cards like Submarineroid could become game enders.
