If another monster is Special Summoned to a zone a Link Monster points to, while this monster is on the field: Discard 1 or 2 random cards, then your opponent discards the same number. During your Main Phase, if this card is Extra Linked and your opponent has at least 1 card in their hand: You can make your opponent discard 1 or 2 cards (whichever is higher), then, if they have no more cards in their hand, inflict 1500 damage to them. You can only use 1 "Topologic Gumblar Dragon" effect per turn, and only once that turn.

It should be obvious is either a skill bounded card or mainbox obtainable

We don't even have Extra Link in DL, so half of this card's effect is literally unusable.

We'll never get this card unless they massively change this card's effect or add Extra Link into DL, and both are unlikely to happen.....not impossible, but very unlikely

We got this card in DL, but it's only through a Skill that gives a random Topologic when your LP is low, and......Konami removed the Extra Link effect lol

You automatically get it once you unlock playmaker

I think OP meant Varis's skill storm access. You can only get via winning duels or get lucky to exchange in shop.
