Target 1 face-up Attack Position monster you control with 800 or more ATK; equip this card to it. It gains 800 ATK. During either player's turn (except during the Damage Step): You can send this Equip Card to the Graveyard, then target 1 face-up card on the field; destroy it, then the monster that was equipped with this card cannot change its battle position, also its ATK becomes 0. You can only use 1 "Rocket Hand" effect per turn, and only once that turn.

Hm i think dont remember correctly.will try it again

sorry first destroy the enemy then gave it back with 0 atk

once i used it in combinaton with game controller.tribute one monster, got control of the enemys one, equipped it with rocket hand, gave it back,destroy the second enemy monster and the equipped enemy monster stays back with 0 atk.

There isn't any "During either player's turn" both in original text nor in duel links.

I lost a game against Amazoness because I thought it can only be used in the enemy turn.

"During either player´s turn" usually means that it´s a Quick Effect and thus it can be activated in either player´s turn, in any Phase, unless indicated in the text. Are you absolutely sure you didn´t try to activate that effect during the Damage Step?

Rocket Hand's second effect:

1. Is a Quick-like effect, and therefore can be used in either player's turn, if you can't, usually the toggle setting is the issue.

2. Cannot be activated in Damage Step, as the ATK drop only happens after other things happen, those other things are things that cannot happen during Damage Step.

Bad card, never had the opportunity to use it, because of opponent’s canadias and floodgates

Equipping it to amazoness swordswoman seems to be too simple, there must be more creative ways to use this card

I can only see this working on Amazoness Swordswoman only. Any other Amazoness monster would be left vulnerable...Princess doesn't exactly have high ATK.
