I play infernoids and I'm pretty sure all Galaxy decks I've faced have surrendered. I just banish their Galaxy-Eyes and it's gg. So I'd say anything that messes with the graveyard, especially losing access to the Galaxy-Eyes.
Yes. The card is already activated it only needs to wait for the chain to resolve and forbidden chalice can't do anything against it. The only thing you'd accomplish is negate caspar search effect

Yeah, they should go for 2500 def for level 4 normal monsters as an upper limit. Decks with normal monsters are a meme anyway and such decks usually go for high atk and not for high def.

hmm the card does say its effect works at damage calculation, damage calc is supposed to be part of the damage step yet it's something that happens after it. if they used cc at damage step then the higher atk condition is still met and encode effect should still work
