Activate this, discarding dotscaper as the cost. Rez dotscaper, giving you field presence without forcing you to use your normal summon. Search something like Lady Debug, giving you another search, backup secretary or some shizz.
You’re right, Rio’s deck theme has been neglected by Konami and could definitely use some new support. You can summon Zereort using Rio’s skill, “Twins Together,” or by using Sirenorca. Both force you to run Fish-Type monsters.
I just had this happen to me. My opponent put down magic circle, in reponse I set up for the banishing effect with this card. Instead my card got banished, I don't know if they change it activation requirments a bit or if it was because my opponet had activated it within a chain link, either way it should have activated.
It's actually possible for us to make an Extra Link thanks to this card, only problem is, for whatever reason Konami removed the Extra Link mechanic in DL......
Actually pretty decent generic card, so unless you are running a highly specialized meta deck this may help you in a few tight spots against powerful dark lords. Good stats and an OK 1st turn blocker, plus useful for many XYZ and Synhcro summons and can take down BE with the right equipment cards.
