Cards usually lost any modifications applied to it when it is removed from the field, unless it's specifically stated the modification remains applied even in the card's new location.
I mean, not even the sub-optimal build for Cyber Dragon deck use Cyber Laser Dragon......there's a better skill and a better character to run Cyber Dragons with.

Konami printed this card way too early....by the time they print the rest of the Vassals, they have additional effect that this card doesn't have, due to powercreep.
Konami should errata this card with additional effect like the rest of the Vassals, in my opinion.
You know what this card needs? Something more than just SS-ing itself when the opponent SS a monster from hand.

You use Ojamaland skill of Chazz.
If you go first you need tie the brethen, an ojama and flash fusion. Basically 2 cards.
In case you go second you need ties the brethen and ojama delta huricane for free 3000damage.
Me too I have dustons, pailloperative, cyber dark, burning abyss, cyber angel, dark magician with plenty of magical formulas (who needs circle and navigation anyways), ojama, aromage and a few more
