Unless you're playing Masked Hero Vapor, most Warrior decks usually don't have any WATER monster in it, anyway. WATER is the most uncommon attribute for Warrior-Type.
So the above anon is right, the drawback from Lightning Blade indeed doesn't really matter much.
Basically unless you roll 1 or 6 on the first try, congratulations, you've trolled yourself
That skill Duke has that makes it so that your first dice roll will always be 6 might be good for this card.
It's kind of a shame this card came so late to this game. Pacman is one of my favorite old-school decks, but nothing short of Vengeful Bog Spirit or Stumbling would ever let them see the light of day now... even then, it's too easily disrupted and others would find a way to abuse the cards and get everyone raging like Trunade did.

The reward are garbage, they always come back with other obtaining method and even if they were good you can just use those black jewels and set multiplier to x3
Konami should seriously remake all old skills that today are just crap. You cant even compare "Tuning" or "What grows in the graveyard" with "Shooting star dragon skill"
