I have no problem activating it. You have Zombie in your GY but is that a 0 DEF Zombie? Many Zombie type don't match that 0 DEF requirement. Gozuki, Pyramid Turtle, Nine Tailed Fox, Goblin Zombie are not 0 DEF. Anyway, this is a card that Shiranui will never use. More like a piece of useless card.
