I have no problem activating it. You have Zombie in your GY but is that a 0 DEF Zombie? Many Zombie type don't match that 0 DEF requirement. Gozuki, Pyramid Turtle, Nine Tailed Fox, Goblin Zombie are not 0 DEF.
Anyway, this is a card that Shiranui will never use. More like a piece of useless card.

I wonder what would be the point of such card existing later, though.
Most cards that retrieve stuff from the Graveyard don't look at ATK to begin with anyway. And those that do, aren't really used by anyone.
dang :( i appreciate the quick response though. they’re aren’t really any other cards in the box i want, so digging through 200 packs for like 6 rares sounds pretty painful
Not to mention you had to send card to GY from hand ( a condition to even active it), and the negated card didn't get destroyed. Definitely need a lot of set up
Waiting roaming event of bonz and a lot of skull servant supports will be introduced. But almost impossible since they are focusing on arc v world and new characters. No more classic characters' events
Unless you're playing Masked Hero Vapor, most Warrior decks usually don't have any WATER monster in it, anyway. WATER is the most uncommon attribute for Warrior-Type.
So the above anon is right, the drawback from Lightning Blade indeed doesn't really matter much.
Basically unless you roll 1 or 6 on the first try, congratulations, you've trolled yourself
That skill Duke has that makes it so that your first dice roll will always be 6 might be good for this card.
