Is there any way this deck can lose (attached opponent’s deck as an image here)? They really need to think before releasing cards that make certain decks completely invincible. What’s the point of playing against other players when you know for sure that a certain deck will always win no matter what?

I tried it in my Red-Eyes deck too. I use it before I activate Archfiend Black Skull Dragon. If I will draw another Fusion spell or searcher for the Fusion spell, I won't active the effect. But if not, I activate it to shuffle a monster back in my deck to have a new chance of drawing a good card the next turn.
Only found out recently that you can just dump this card from extra deck straight into GY and still be able to use its backrow removal effect.
Kaledioscope into Nekroz Brionac with this card as fodder, for example.
The burn damage isn't the issue here. The issue is how easily you can trigger it. You only have to destroy a monster and send it to the GY. If you're able to do that 10 times in the same turn, you have an insanely strong OTK deck. It's truly horrifying!!!
1) Check your skills
2) Make sure that your deck really contains 2 Level 4 or lower Normal Monsters with the same Name when you try to activate this card
They should update the text with new PSCT. Cannot be targeted by card effects at all. But the text confusingly written spell, trap or card effects which usually comes to player mind is spell or trap that already face-up on the field like triamid pulse. Because cannot be targeted by monster effects is not written at all in the text.
Another obvious cons is that since DL only has 3 monster zones, having one zone clogged up with another monster/token is enough to disable this monster's revival effect altogether.
So they limited this card to 1 in advance because of Super Poly.
Well, technically you can still play this card and Super Poly through "Ultimate Fusion" skill with Jaden/Yubel or Supreme King, but it's sub-optimal since Metalfoes wants 1 free card to destroy especially when going first.

Same problems
1) Bricks: if you open full spell or full monsters you lose, no consistency skill, fusion/ritual spell is more bricks.
2) Power creep: it's already much over this technology
Yet another "meant to be a powerful boss" card that's only N rarity due to having zero protection lol.
No built-in protection at all = worst "powerful boss" ever.
Problem is, after you resolved its activation effect, it's useless and take up a backrow zone for no good reason.
It's not so much of a problem in master duel format, but when we only have 3 backrow zones, it's a big problem.
Unless you also run those removal that destroys one of your cards too so you can get rid of this card after the fusion summon.
Not bad since it can use your own monster as target to get rid of the opponent's otherwise untargetable (or has targeting effect negation) boss monster.
Sadly it's just destruction, which is often a less desirable form of removal nowadays.
