Black Tyranno isn't even the strongest direct attacker in DUEL LINKS. Blue-Eyes Toon Dragon exists. The TCG also has the Earthbound Immortals, most of which are much stronger than Black Veloci. And Black Tyranno is basically never going to attack directly with its effect anyway.
All over the place. Depends on which cards you're after. You can check the Card Catalogue in-game to see where each card comes from, but Chaotic Compliance and Gaia Genesis are probably the main ones, along with the Card Trader and Bastion's level rewards.
Again, though, depends what you need. A few other sets like Stardust Acceleration have Gemini stuff as well.
I feel like adding Polymerization and Divine Dragon Ragnarok to a Buster Blader deck would make it significantly worse... Especially considering you can't really make use of the Special Summon effect of King Dragun in that kind of deck.
Buster already has consistency issues. This would add more for no real gain.
Because starting with one for free is still really powerful.
Also, realistically, starting with HHG on the field would really limit your plays going first anyway, the way it works now at least lets you play around that.
Effects with the same timing will never cause eachother to miss timing.
Whether Pinch Hopper can Summon a monster searched off Verdant Sanctuary depends, though. A) You need to already have a Summonable monster in-hand already to even ACTIVATE Pinch Hopper's effect, and B) Since you can't manually choose the order like you could IRL, it's down to what order Konami decided to give you the prompts.
A monster doesn't actually have to have an effect to be an Effect Monster. Cyber Harpie Lady, Harpie Lady Sisters and Exodia the Forbidden One all lack effects, and are all Effect Monsters. (In before someone argues one of these does. >.>)
That's just how I feel about the Lottery System. Wait, maybe you appreciate getting 20 copies of the same card but 0 of another one? Maybe that's how it's supposed to be. /s

I seriously don't get why the hell Konami feels the need to print this card as a Semi-Nomi. It wasn't even that good to deserve a Semi-Nomi limitation.
Good card but it requires 2 tributes because it's a huge 8 stars monster. I guess monarch cards and canadias/dynatherium will be needed to get this dude on feel. But since Blue eyes is in the meta I doubt it's going to be meta relevant... anyway, who knows...
If your opponent control a Special Summoned monter you can normal summon undine, mill atlantean marksman or heavy infantry, and add genex controller. Atlantean pop a card. Then play faustian bargain to send your opponent's special summoned monster and special summon genex controller you just added. Now you can synchro summon a lv 6 monster, or just attack with both for 2600 damage.
Pros : Because sending water monster to the graveyard is cost, it will still activated even when your opponent chain canadia or floodgate trap hole.
Cons : Is is UR, and the target water monster to mill is SR. Fml.
