I hate how they nerfed this card compared to the manga counterpart. They essentially removed the torture aspect of the monster, lowering ATK and disabling attacks...
This card was named after the dead newborn son of Konami employee Leighton Kurashima (Lei Lei). It was made by his coworkers thirteen years later in Ailin's honor, along with Indomitable Fighter Lei Lei.
It’s only good during opponents turn as summoning is very important for most dark world effects, and you want to OHKO so drowning would be a more effective Defensive card. It will be nice in my Great Maju Garnett Deck to get an easy summon during opponents turn.
Well they're not using the hieratic deck right. I usually use chazz skill dragonic force to easilly fusion summon five headed dragon using that deck. And Su and Nebthet effect makes it easier to destroy monsters and spell/trap cards. If I can only get those Hieratic spell/trap cards then my deck would be unstoppable.
Dark Paladin farming works very well against level 30, but not against level 40. I will try to make a Dark Paladin with DNA Surgery for Dragons to test if it works
It's not "op @@@e" it's 1 for 1 removal that gets around a lot of floaters and destruction based effects due to it banishing. Banishing is very powerful but most cards that banish are usually pretty balanced just like this card.
