Well, most effect damage cards are already crap, and they still nerf them to half or even a third, so why not do it with a blue eyes, oh yeah protagonist archetypes.
You could make a tribute summon meme deck with a bunch of good stand-alone like Curse of Anubis and the god cards, 2 tree born frog and 3 cosmic cyclone or something to trigger the skill.
Otherwise rank 2 plays are suck in DL.
Konami is going to favor P2W players not just because of profit, but also to keep down F2P players to the point where some of the latter end up paying.
Please update card text, GameA. It's only 200 damage because 400 would have clearly been overpowered and this card would have completely dominated the meta.
