Chalice I guess lol. Still hard to @@@ turn turn two for some decks especially since Gouki gets the pluses from being sent to the grave and has hand traps so you stop you from an otk. It’s a balanced deck but rogue strategies are completely gatekeeped by it and it needs to be addressed. More negates when?

Apparently, there's a misunderstanding. The part that says...You cannot activate other Spell/Trap Cards or effects during the turn you activate this card.
Only refers to spell/trap cards. It means that continous face up spell/trap cards can't use their effects.
Monster effects can still be activated. In a fur Hire deck, you can use it to draw 3 cards.

I will say Reinforcement of the Army because it can help you to search out a Six Samurai monster quickly. For Revival Tech, you can use Return of the Six Samurai instead of Monster Reborn.
Apparently, it can go well in Blue Eyes decks. Use Number 46 Dragluon to special summon it from your hand.
Since Blue Eyes deck can run cards like White Dragon to pop back row, you can then follow it up and XYZ into Dragluon, special summon it, and pop 2 more cards.
