Time machine can also be used on an opponents monster to give it back to them. This sometimes is relevant to get past other monsters with high attack or, more rarely, to trigger specific effects.
Sure would be nice if you could get this as a duel reward, or with an SR/UR ticket, or from a pack, or literally any other way besides a SINGLE level up reward at the very end of the character's cap.
No, they made it so that you couldn't use the trap on the tokens anymore. The limit was just something that wouldn't register after the duel because of the limit. But during the duel it wasn't a problem.
There's much, much better farming decks these days. Though if you really wanted to use the builds here for whatever reason, Draw Sense: Spell/Trap would work since the only Spells it runs are the Fusion Spells.
When I used to play with my Exodia deck in the TCG, that's how I used to play this card. Since I had plenty of traps like reckless greed, it was so easy to activate one or two depending on my opponent's backrow to fullfill activation condition and full clear op's backrow.
The smaller S/T zones in DL makes this card harder to use.
Cloudians don't die from Earthquake as long as you get Sanctuary and Divine Punishment quickly.
I usually save 2 out of my 3 Divine Punishment for Earthquake and Tail Swipe.
