Dude, this is a 4000LP format. Meteor Black COmet Dragon and Red-Eyes Inferno Fire Blast would both be incredibly op, ESPECIALLY if used together. There's no way they're adding those cards as character level up rewards or duel rewards either. Comet Dragon is probably gonna be a main box UR or something, and Inferno Fire Blast will probably never be added.
If you use Aloof Lupin you can fusion summon in 1 turn.
I don't know which E-hero this should be used for however.
The compatible E-heros aren't the strongest ones because the strongest E-hero don't list names on them.
Well you can slap the opponent slowly using Stein's low ATK......but it would take so long, by the time your opponent's LP is low he/she might have drawn an out to Ojama King already.
There is Sangan with decent ATK for this deck, but that's assuming Sangan isn't already used to search Stein.
Also, remember that the "other than Ebisu" part is only a part of the activation requirement.
For the effect itself, it counts all Ninjas you control, including Ebisu himself.
