Phase-specific Trigger Effects will never chain to each other. That only happens with Trigger Effects with specific timings. (An effect like Treeborn Frog's essentially just works like an Ignition effect that happens in the Standby Phase.) If they could go on a chain, you'd be able to Summon all 3 since not controlling Treeborn Frog is just an activation condition.

Well, Kaibaman isn't part of the AOJ archetype to begin with. He uses "Seigi no Mikata" in his Japanese name, while Clausolas uses "A.O.J."

Even better part, this card can also target your own backrow if your opponent currently doesn't have any, or if your opponent's backrow cannot be destroyed due to another card effect. So just pop one of your own card to give that final 500 damage.
