The OP is right, there is a slight mistake in the Pros section. It says "Can be used to protect your monsters by changing the battle position of an attacking monster." "Protect" means it refers to the second effect, which changes the battle position of the monster YOU control, not the attacking monster.

I find it ironic that its name implies being solo, like solitaire is, but is dependant on other cards. Other than that, extremely situational.

Phase-specific Trigger Effects will never chain to each other. That only happens with Trigger Effects with specific timings. (An effect like Treeborn Frog's essentially just works like an Ignition effect that happens in the Standby Phase.) If they could go on a chain, you'd be able to Summon all 3 since not controlling Treeborn Frog is just an activation condition.
