This card is actually very relevant in farming Yubel, as you need a WATER Hero monster for Masked Hero Vapor, which is one of the best monster to farm Yubel with.
Terrible card, the cost is too heavy for a Synchro-focused deck like BW that doesn't have any in-theme way to retrieve the banished Tuners later.
Plus, it's slow due to being a Trap card.
That card isn't really competitive in tournaments format, but it is so fun using it.

Should give this to dsod yugi as a skill, dsod kaiba got a cool @@@ that gives a free 1 monster destruction, which when you think about it, is kinda overpowered.
The OP is right, there is a slight mistake in the Pros section.
It says "Can be used to protect your monsters by changing the battle position of an attacking monster."
"Protect" means it refers to the second effect, which changes the battle position of the monster YOU control, not the attacking monster.
