It's not worth using with Cyber Dragons. It can only Summon monsters with different names, so you'll only ever be able to Summon 1 monster revealing a Cyber Dragon Fusion. Given CyDra can Special Summon itself anyway, Cyber Repair Plant is infinitely better.
