Actually you need to follow the condition of the trap card. When you set this card, then the trap card won't working for this turn so you need to wait for the next turn to activate this card, and for the next turn this card should activate, this turn, if you summon spellcaster monster, that new monster cannot trigger this card. It need to wait the next turn to trigger this card.
From all the players I've dueled in ygo omega and for my own experience with the deck there: harpie dancer nor this card are used
I tried this combo for a bit and is too slow, I couldn't get this field spell fast enough in my hand. Channeler is faster and better, it is easier to have a harpie card in hand to discard than somehow getting this field spell
I think there are extra texts that can't be read yet if my hunch is right. It would be like dice roll usual effect based on roll result
(ex : 2 or 3 increase one of your face up monster attack by 500 until the end of this turn)
I think OP is referring to the effect that activates during damage step (copy the attacker's ATK).
This effect does not start a chain, thus it cant be be responded by PS Bounzer.
You cant really summon him with the nemesis warrior, so it has to be in your hand and if you dont have frog or a behemoth on field you cant even summon him from the hand except normal for 2 tributes, so its more situational than the lowlevel behemoths
This card's effect would have been far easier to understand if it says:
"If a monster that was Normal Summoned/Set has its effect activated, your opponent cannot chain cards and effects to the activation."
In a 4000 lp format? he would be a one card otk, you don't even need honest for it. If they do bring him in, they need to nerf him somehow. That or the game becoming too fast that no one enter battle phase without OTK anyway.
Yeah, it stroke me at first time I saw this card too. No lore for it whatsoever but if we want to link it, it should be thousands of year before GX happens. Fire kings monster and atlantean monsters had a big battle there.
I find it amusing it has lower ATK than DEF, when lions are known for offense power, and this card's art even depicts it being ready for attack with a sword and claws.
Lets see:
-it is a trap=slow=easily removed
-completely useless if your opponent starts his combos in turn 1.
-can be a dead draw. D.d. crow can at least be set it tough situations.
-Shuffling back to deck is worse than removing.

Oh wait, destroyed by attack?
Ruling says this card's effect cannot activate in Damage Step. So it practically only applies to destruction by card effect.
