I believe it's only affect continuous card, as those card need to be faceup on the field to resolve the effect.
As for others, as long as you are not negating it, it still resolving.
Rookie logic... Meawhile you will have 3 dead cards in your deck that all they offer is some mediocre boost (best scenario +500/600?) if and when your gy is full.
Why is this a B+?
Pro:
Good ATK/DEF stat
Effect can help you to OTK
Cons:
Can only be special summoned by its own effect
You go -3 to summon it
You have to use a mediocre archetype
The effect is very situational and will be useless in most cases
You can't conduct battle phase for its last effect
I bet you just @@@ your unrelated, not so important comment that didn't contribute anything on the site or duel link got delated by the mod. It is a good thing to take out trash once in a while.
How can you can stop an otk when this card can only be activated in your main phase and until the end of your turn? Also, as already said, none, even rookies, wont let magician circle.
You can also put a golden jet in your deck.
When golden jet and one other monster is on the field, you can sent a rank 8 monster like Dragluon to the GY, use Golden Jet's effect and summon Dyson Sphere.
You need at least one AMA for Assault Beast. Then you only need Psi Reflector in your hand to instantly summon a synchro monster:
-Summon Psi Reflector and search Assault Beast
-Discard Assault Beast to search AMA
-Use the other effect of Psi Reflector to SS Assault Beast from the GY
You could ignore the 2nd AMA tho. It's probably just there such that you can discard Assault Beast more likely
Seems like a great combo with a defensive Vampires awakening. If they try to attack through him they will create the highest base attack Vampire besides Vampire Genesis
That 2 card you discarded is actually a very huge cost.
Let us say you started on 1st turn. If you are planning to use this, you need to spare 2 card in your hand, plus set this one card. What's left for you? And if you managed to negate that mst, does your opponent lose there? From his perspective most of times you only negate one of his card because the rest was on the deck.
