Looking at how all the previous replies have no timestamp, I believe you're responding to incredibly old comments that basically no longer applies now.
These "experiment satisfaction" in always has done with more effort, and yeah you could win even with 8000LP. DL even have skills to make it easier.
You draw a same amount of card, after all unless you want to draw 2 card at the start of the turn.
Not nerfing the burn damage basically saying TCG need to double all its burn damage so it is FaIR
Because of the way on field debuff this card does, it also works on both Yaksha and Barong as they are reduced to 1500 atk/0 defense with just this card as your only Naturia on the field.
You miss the timing. Since either of those cards gaining a counter resolves after Utopia stopping his attack (that is, Utopia´s stop is not the last thing to happen), you can no longer chain Double or Nothing.
I believe it's only affect continuous card, as those card need to be faceup on the field to resolve the effect.
As for others, as long as you are not negating it, it still resolving.
Rookie logic... Meawhile you will have 3 dead cards in your deck that all they offer is some mediocre boost (best scenario +500/600?) if and when your gy is full.

Cons:
Can only be special summoned by its own effect
You go -3 to summon it
You have to use a mediocre archetype
The effect is very situational and will be useless in most cases
You can't conduct battle phase for its last effect
