Yeah, in a Speed Duel format this card is actually too strong.
The only reason this card is still not hit yet is because right now not enough people are playing Cyber Dragon for the deck to be a meta-level threat.

Cards with "during either player's turn" work exactly like that, what are you smoking?
I was having the same problem, turned out the skill I was using prohibits me from summoning an effect monster on my first turn, (dark cavalry is an effect monster) so that for me atleast is why my poly has not been working for me

Sabre-Tooth is nice since it buffs and self protects, but my favorite is Frightfur Tiger since it can clear a lot of any kind of enemy cards and it also buffs 300 PER Frightfur or Fluffal, so it can increase even more than the one shot 400... and add Frightfur Wolf for multi-attack damage. Get these 2 on together and wipe the field and the any LP left! :)
Actually this card is R and not SR, so it could not be on any SR list, but it is also NOT on the R tickets list, so get it from Ranked Duels or the current Pick-a-Gift Campaign event on the 2nd day. Easy choice... R ticket, 200 R jewels or the Idaten card that is NOT on the tickets. Welcome home Idaten! ^___^

A beast that is summoning the chaos. Since adjectives tend to go before nouns in English, if they wanted to infer the former, they would have called this card "Beast Summoning Chaos".
Why do people keep adding the Rank 10+ XYZ monsters in this deck if they won´t be able to summon them? A better option would be to complement with other Rank 4.
-_-; Just got the solution to my own problem. I had to use the Mark of the Dragon skill to unlock Shooting Star Dragon. How did I lose to ability to read?
Yep I feel like he needs to be in duel links because the arclight brothers are not complete without him.Also since the other 2 are in it than he should have been unlock able in the beginning with the other 2.
