Unlikely for the moment. Madolche as it is can out-resource decks, but has pathetic attack values. Things get worse without ticket on the field. You rely heavily upon puddingcess to clear away issue cards. I don't see this card, nor hootcakes really changing much. It's an XYZ deck without XYZ cards in the game. Itll continue to languish until tiaramisu gets a release.
