I get going for completeness and all, but... Why waste a R Ticket on something you can just beat Mokuba for? Mokuba's one of the easier characters to grind anyway.
Sometimes it means they just haven't updated the page in forever. (This is one of those times, incidentally. It's a Yami Marik level reward, and we got additional copies from a bingo event.)
You can check how to obtain a card in Duel Links itself, by the way, in the Card Catalog. If a card isn't listed THERE, it isn't obtainable.
Chaining forbidden dress, no
Use forbidden dress during draw phase/start of stand by phase next turn, yes it will save that monster. Can be done by setting trigger to manual (on) 'cause if you let it auto, there will be nothing to chain to and your monster will be destroyed first.
I’m pretty surprised DarkLords wasn’t even on the top used monster list, despite being tier 1. I guess it was too expensive for players to build, maybe it will be safe from the next limit list. Neos on the other hand...
Only an NPC skill. Unyil they release Yubel/Jesse, then there's a possibility this skill will be a lv up reward. Or they may add the card. Jesse has text when summoning Rainbow Dark Dragon
I used this method and ended up working great for me, I mostly focused on summoning the ultimate dragon and got the skill I was looking for by the 9th time of trying.
There are plenty of cards that aren't player-obtainable. Illusionist isn't even the only one Pegasus uses. (Toon Goblin Attack Force, Toon Cannon Soldier and Relinquished Fusion aren't obtainable either.)
Most of the Cardians are Semi-Nomi, meaning you have to Special Summon them in the written way first.
And this card does not ignore Summoning Condition.
Meaning there's actually very little amount of Cardian this card can Special Summon with its effect. Pine, Zebra Grass, and Willow are the only ones it can Special Summon, iirc.
Even then it wouldn't be "really" useful. You'd have to draw Macro Cosmos at the very beginning. If you draw it later, your GY isn't empty anymore. And you have to protect Macro Cosmos and wait some turns. That card is too slow and too specific to be good.
