Well the problem with the god cards in overall is the support + draw power.Theirfor they are have allways been slow and not that common used for pvp. But if we would compare between those 3 gods i would say obelisk or wing dragon of ra + sphere + phenoix set. But to make god cards useful in pvp u going to need Mound of the Bound Creator + The True Name.

Short answer: none of them.
Long answer: Due to the Duel Links format, Ra+Sphere Mode seems to be the only viable choice. The problem is that a deck focused on summoning a god (Ra in this case) is considered a one-trick pony deck and is easily countered by the better PVP players.
However, if Mound of the Bound Creator would come to Duel Links, then the Ra deck has a chance to become viable.
