If diamond dude sends it to the graveyard then there's no cost, like it can also summon water dragon from h20 without having the monsters on the monsters on the field.
Card currently doesn't seem to work. Equipped it to a Barrel Dragon and ran over an enemy's monster, didn't get the prompt to revive one of my many 4 star light machines in my GY. :/
This is actually good if you use it with Standby, Duel! . Otherwise your starting hand is gonna need this and three six sam. Drawing it any other time isn't very good. A dead dead draw. Never used it in the tcg.
There’s a glitch with this card, it seemingly won’t activate if it’s attached to Glad beast essedarii... I only used it in a few duels before figuring it wasn’t worth th space and swapped it out for another half shut

There's arguably a lot of AGs as well as CA scumbags. If you use Phoenix vs those CA scumbag remnants you probably have a hard time. Toon users even pale in comparison against AG and CA scumbags.
Hmm, it could theoretically work in an Ojama deck if you have 2 E Hero Woodsmans or 1 E Hero Blazeman and 1 Woodsman. Since your opponent would want to get rid of Woodsman at all costs. Then you can surprise them with this card lol.
exactly, but I dont think they will increase zones. heck ocg just gained a 6th zone and people started abusing it. adding a 4th or 5th zone in this game would shift it to support decks that can spam monsters out.
