I've been trying to farm the skills for bakura but am having a bad time since its hard to get a good farm deck with him.

This is a list of decks to farm LD skillless, i used this with my pegasus to get its a toon world skill,and it worked very well,especially against rex raptor

I personally use Kaibaman deck to farm LDs. Not 100% successful rate but no skill is required. You can farm all Cerberus-friendly LDs (Yugi Tea Rex Weevil, Odion is harder).
Once you got "Balance" for bakura, Balance Cerberus deck is so much easier
