[KC platinum free SR] econ or champion's vigilance?

Hello everyone, i hit platinum this morning finally!
I have already 2 enemy controller and only 1 champion's vigilance..
Which SR should i take?

Champion's Vigilance only if you plan on making a deck 7-star normal monsters.

Econ FOR ALL OTHER DECKS. Personally, I would just go for econ, because it fits in so many decks.
