I can use Spell jammer but its the only one card i can play to counter it and for Union attack

Interdimension Matter Transporter. After they tribute you remove your monster from play to avoid the attack, then it comes back at the end of your turn. Not optimal for decks but very good for protecting sole monsters.

If the enemy has another monster on the field enemy controller work dosnt quite counter it but you get to destroy two of your opponents monster which is a plus

No point. But it's a 2 for one. If you have an econ and one monster, you can make them lose 2 monsters. Otherwise just force them to use it when you want to instead of letting them get the initiative and Bob's your uncle. Sergeant electro and backrow poppers/triggers are useful for this.
