Can you get skill drop if you duel him at the gate? and btw what is best way to get duel,standby trying to get it for ages.

Sorry, OP. I completely forgot they recently added this feature. You can also get skills by playing Ranked/Casual Duels. I picked up like 9 skills this way. I doubt the drop rates are higher on PvP. My guess is they seem higher because I play PvP much more often than I farm for skills/cards. But either way, you still get skills.

Trying to get Life Cost 0 for Odion and I'm not even close. Ranked Duels has a higher skill droprate from what I am seeing

Yes, you can ONLY get skills by fighting any Legendary Duelist (LD) at the gate or in the overworlds (DM, GX). This includes Crowler. As far as I know, there is no "best way" to get any skill. It's simply luck ("RNG"). It could cost you a couple hundred keys at the key (a few attempts), or a couple thousand (several attempts). I spent a few hundred each getting "Shadow Game" and "Last Gamble", whereas I spent a few thousand each getting "Harpies' Hunting Ground" and "Extra, Extra".
