Ishizu Ishtar

I am in stage 38 and I have a mission to play a duel against Ishizu Ishtar. The problem is that she is not in the gate and I don't see her in the "Unlock Charecters" as well.
How will I duel her?? I'm stuck

In other words summon 200 light attribute monsters in order to unlock ishizu both at gate and as playable character.

Once you summon a specific LIGHT-attribute monsters 200 times, she appears at the Gate and Ishizu unlock missions are available.
