The "Con" is wrong, the base ATK is 1500.
.....though it's not like 1500 is great either, it's still a "Con", it's just that the article mentioned the wrong number.
This is totally one of the skills that should have been available to all characters by default.

Seriously, Konami nerfing all new burn cards in DL was completely unnecessary considering some of them are fine the way they are in DL due to the burn being too low and not that abusable anyway.
This card is one of those that should have remained intact without any nerf.
Nowadays we do have a chance for LDS trio still, but their ace cards are probably from Skill and we have to open box for actual copy.

Summon him easier: Call of the Archfiend, Star Blast, Deep Grave, Sinister Yorkshire.
