Yugioh gx isnt uploading the gx world for me

It just shows me a black screen and it plays background music (this happens to me after jaden finishes talking)

I have an iPhone 7 so spare me with the “shit phone” insults” but I have the same problem where I am switching over (forceably) to GX and after Jaden talks it goes to a black screen only playing background music and I’m stuck. If I delete this app and re-install will my memory be deleted?

If your data is synced just try reinstalling DL.
