What is the best counter deck for the current meta

So, the decks I'm seeing constantly in ranked are decks that gravitate toward special summoning. What cards can counter this effectively and can be obtained without trader or farming LDs?

I've reached KoG with an anti meta psychics deck with Ishizu's No mortal can resist skill. Watch Phoenix and REBD players weep as you turn their precious monsters into useless zombies lol
