I need more green keys to farm Mai, but I feel like I don't get them nearly as much as the other colored (non-gray) ones. Is there a specific way to get more green keys, or is it all just random?

I believe it's completely random. I personally have green keys the most, because I rarely battle Weevil or Mai. Perhaps it just appears like you don't get them as much because you want them the most? Anothet tip: if you farm Mai for her Amazon cards, many of these cards are also available as Ranked Duel rewards (SR tickets)
