Yes that battle counts when it was over.
Restart the App/game after you win a duel with no SR/UR drops. Continue farming if you got some SR/UR drops.
That's how it works sometimes, if you restart your game your RNG seems to reset or something like that.

[3]monsters lvl[5] or apove = 1 deffrent from another

Hey man I read your comment and you said restart the game.Let's say I finish the battle and got no UR/SR cards and restart the game,won't this battle count?(I mean it was over)

Luck-based.
For farming LDs, restart your game if you got no SR/UR drops.
