Is it a good idea to put pumprincess to a Harpie deck? Your opponent usually uses spell-removal cards as soon as possible to destroy HHG but that leaves him vulnerable to spells like Pumprincess or Wonder Balloons because he won't have anything to remove any of them. Or if he doesn't get his spell-removal during first turns, he will have to choose between Pumprincess and HHG when he finally gets it and both cards can wreak havoc on his side of field. So is it a good idea to add pumprincess to a Harpie deck?

Nope.
1. Its too slow for current format.
2. Its clogging your backrow, expecially if you run Relinquished.
3. You're better of running Magic Jammer/Drain if you're afraid of spell-removal and its still not recomended

I think it's not a bad idea. Just keep on mind that your opponent should have a spell or traps on the field when you summon a Harpie, or you'll end up destroying your HHG or Pumprincess.
