Japanese Voices won't download Japanese Duel Links?

I use the Japanese duel links version due to the art looking good. But for some reason, the voices never download.

It says the voices are set to Japanese, but they aren't there. The characters are dead silent.

How can I rectify this? Attempting to change the voice language sets the text to English screws up the art. But it does technically download the voices...yay.

So how do I force the game to download the voices? Because playing Duel Links without anyone talking is really fucking weird and I don't like it.
