Initiate Link issue

Hi there,
the game worked fine all the time but since last Friday I can't play anymore.
I played the game in the morning and in the afternoon I was asked to download the new version from Google Play Store. Since then, when I tap "Initiate Link" it starts loading but then the "Loading Circle" stops, if I tap the screen again the game closes. Same happens when I press "New Download". I tried already redownloading the Game, moving it to SD-Card, remove game - delete cache and reinstall, also tried resetting my phone and another Google Play Account
The Support seems not to be helpful, so I hope that you guys maybe can help me ^^'
