The other thing is, that it does kinda piss me off how all the heros are split up in different boxes, and even the better of them are pretty mediocre anyways... But regardless, they're fun to play and iconic, I hope they drop some evil heros soon

Bruuuuuuuh, Heros are good right now, but not reaLly viable in the meta. It'd be totally appropriate to drop some new heros to buff the archetype

Konami doesn't want to give anything either too good or too fun away for free in something like an event or character level-up rewards. So I doubt we will see that soon, maybe even ever.
