help please.I changed a device and I loaded the game by googleplay i though it ok but it not.how can i get my id back from my old device.thank you for help.

I would write a ticket to Konami, but chances are you're screwed out of it. Have to make that Konami account and link it next time, buddy.

Unless you have data transfer activated you may be screwed. Only slight possibility you can get it back is if you had used a credit card to pay for in game items
