Is it possible to reach King of Games with Tier 3 and 4 decks?

Yes you can but you have to be inventive and innovative.

No man. It's veeeery unlikely. You could use these low tier deck in Casual or in Duel Room, but that's it. And right now the strongest deck (CA)is also the cheapest

Guys, please just use decks that are fun to play and stop worrying about your ranking! The saddest thing in PVP are experienced players who actually use a Cyber Angel deck, just to get to KOG. If you're just here to win games by using the same simple tricks over and over again you might just as well stop playing.

You know there's a reason why those decks are considered tier 3/4. They're intended for fun play or casual PVP fights, not for the top echelons of PVP. But if you get a budget variant of a tier A deck, you can still get into platinum.
For example, I run the budget variant of the Gladi deck and got into Platinum easily. But once there, you only run into Tier A decks - some which I can beat, others I'm weak against (FK Phoenix is my weakness & Cyber Angels is still top tier).
But you don't need to force yourself to spend your gems onto packs you don't want. Originally I absolutely wanted the HERO cards from Galactic Origin for my tier 3/4 HERO deck. But by the time I pulled all the cards I wanted I also got 90% of all Gladi cards needed for the tier A gladi deck. So put your mind on that. Every pack that holds top tier cards also has cards for fun tier 3/4 decks.

Cyber Angels is easy to make, you only need one copy of Senju and Sonic Bird and as long as you have earned the other cards (for free by levelling up Alexis or farming her) then you can easily get KoG.
