How do i get my Duelist ID back?
My brother under a cell phone for the cell and it seems that the advances I had in the game were erased, I can recover the id that I had, in which I do not have it written down

I accidentally deleted duel links and now it wants me to start again with a new acc. I sent an email to the duel links support but I don't think they will help me haha
if i wont be able to keep on gaming on my old acc i really start crying

I lost my account also, I contact Konami and sent them receipts from packs I bought with cash.. And had my account back within a week

konami has the,worse customer service I lost all my stuff after my phone broke and I use data recovery I got put back to mission 4 I was at 54

I thought I had a Konami account but I cannot seem to log in. I had to restore my phone and once I did, it erased all of my data and now I am stuck at the beginning with no recollection of my ID. Wondering if there is any possible way to get my latest progress back.

I sent in 3 inquiries to Konami and is STILL waiting for a reply. I put everything in vivid detail for them and it's starting to become a very tiring process. If any of you managed to get your account t restored through them please tell me!

OK I Ben having trouble I lost my phone and when I did I try look up my name but I can't never find it I know I spell it right but still can't find it my name was slayer my ID was something 330 and I work so hard I got kiba lvl 40 maerick and now it's going be so hard for me get it back now Idk what to do I'm thinking about quitting because it took alot of work so if any one can help me plz help me

use the " contact us" option in the settings then chose data recovery
they ll ask you some Q about your account and ll give it you back in the following days
